All clients have the opportunity to provide us with their email address for appointment confirmation and to receive a 24-hour reminder, automatically generated by our system.
- Should you need to cancel with less than 24 hours' notice, we regret that the deposit is non-refundable. To reschedule, a new deposit will be required.
- We appreciate advanced notice of cancellations more than 24 hours before your appointment. Although we cannot refund your deposit, you will receive a unique code for future rescheduling.
- Missing more than 2 appointments may result in the refusal of future bookings and treatments, with upfront payment required at the time of booking.
- If you anticipate running late, please be considerate and notify us promptly so we can adjust or adapt your treatment as necessary. This may involve a reduction in treatment duration. Clients arriving late will incur the full treatment cost even if adjustments are made.
LATENESS
PLEASE ARRIVE ON TIME FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT!
If you are up to 20 minutes late, a mandatory late fee of Β£5 will be charged.
If you are up to 30 minutes late, a mandatory late fee of Β£10 will be charged.
If you are more than 40 minutes late, your appointment may be subject to cancellation at the discretion of the beauty therapist. Should the therapist choose to proceed, a late fee of Β£15 will be incurred.
Please ensure you bring the applicable late fee with you to your appointment.
Regrettably, these measures have been implemented due to an increase in no-shows and inadequate notice for appointment changes. We will exercise discretion in policy enforcement on certain occasions. Your understanding and cooperation are greatly appreciated.
